Appreciateology—the art and science of appreciation—isn’t just what O.C. Tanner does, it’s part of their DNA. While collaborating with O.C. Tanner’s own appreciateologists (and design gurus), some great work came out of the creative lab: a massive brand launch program (internal and external), environmental graphics, mobile apps, motion graphics, tradeshow displays, training materials…enough that we could publish a thesis. Copywriting by Todd Scurr (we miss you). Photography by Darren Elwood and Brian Smith. Illustrations by Jude Buffum, Robert Neubecker, and Brad Yeo.

Why

We believe that great design has the power to arrest the eye, engage the mind, and grow brands—simultaneously. We believe a powerful brand is a relational experience. It is the point of intersection where the offering of the company jives so intuitively with the needs of its human audience, the two have an instant connection with each other. And not just once, but over and over.
